I work on the integration details that make a robot useful: sensor data, coordinate frames, motion commands, experimental measurements, and the interface people use to operate it.
At FIU ARC, I develop robotics software and controls for hazardous-environment applications and collaborate with laboratory and project teams on physical demonstrations and experimental validation.
Before my postdoctoral work, I completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at FIU, studying feedback control and sensor integration in additive manufacturing. I also teach robotic systems through hands-on work with ROS 2, Python, and a Raspberry Pi robot.
